Out in the Field!

Well - we're here in Canada and settled in our rental cottage for June! Drove around Collingwood today and saw so much opportunity for a beautiful B&B. Got some sole proprietor & HST info from Jesse (more brain picking to do) & meeting with Aunt Ruth's contact Linda (in Ontario tourism & proprietor of her own B&B!) sometime this month. Just need lots of time to search, research, and figure out a feasible plan and timeline. If only I had a down payment already... hardest part. Want to meet with the bank too, to get some investment & loan info. Do have a couple more ideas...bidding on land (and again, thanks Jesse for the resource). Again, it all comes down to the Benjamins. I'm more determined now on saving towards a down payment. But now I guess I need to get to work... to make that money!!!
