In Full Swing

It hasn't been long but I'm well on my way! So far I have completed a 7 part (paid for) 'course' online on starting a B&B. I recently started an MBA course as well to learn more about the business administration side of things (since my Masters wasn't quite in business). The research is coming right along as well. I have researched tax requirements in Ontario, registering a business, and have a couple emails in to very successful B&B owners in Montana & Scotland. I have a tangible vision board now (thanks Brie Anne!) and an operations manual started. I'm not sure I realized just how much is involved. Am I in over my head? Pushing through any doubts and moving forward!
